Kendall Biggs has 26 years of Law Enforcement Experience as well as 17 years of Experience as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and EMT. Kendall has been Investigating Fires since 1997 and has extensive experience in Origin and Cause, Scene Analysis, Report Writing, Evidence Identification, Collection and Packaging, Photography, and Multi-Agency Coordination. Kendall has been investigating fires in the private sector the last 10 years and has extensive experience in handling both small fire losses and large complex fire losses.
Kendall is a past adjunct instructor at the collegiate level teaching fire investigation classes as part of a Fire Science program. In addition, Kendall is a regular facilitator of the IAAI Expert Witness Courtroom Testimony class for the Oregon Chapter of the IAAI as well as the IAAI Fundamentals of Fire Investigation class at the State Conference in Leavenworth, Washington. Kendall was the former Practice Lead in the Wildland Division with his previous employer and has been working in the private sector since 2016, currently serving as a Principal Fire Investigator for Talbott Associates, Inc
